# How to reach us.

A call or an email starts the conversation. This page also covers data-protection requests and our registered company details.

## Starting a conversation

There are two ways in. Both lead to the same first conversation.

- **A 30-minute call.** A conversation to understand your situation and whether we can help. No pitch deck. [Book a call](https://parrot.partners/book-a-call).

## What to include in an enquiry

A few lines are enough. These details let the first conversation start from your situation rather than from introductions:

- Your business and what it sells
- Its stage: funding round, revenue or team size, whichever describes it best
- The markets you operate in, or plan to enter
- The problem you want solved, and what has been tried so far
- Your timing, and any date that is already fixed

None of this is required. A short note with a link to your website is a perfectly good start.

## Data protection requests

To access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or to exercise any other right under the GDPR, write to [hello@parrot.partners](mailto:hello@parrot.partners) with identification and a description of your request. We will respond within one month.
